概述：
MPU-9150為全球首例九軸運動感測追蹤(MotionTracking)組件，專為如智能型手機、平板計算機、配戴式傳感器等需要低功耗、低成本、高性能的消費性電子產(chǎn)品設(shè)備設(shè)計。
MPU-9150包含InvenSense的運動感測融合演算(MotionFusion)與運行校正韌件(run-time calibration firmware)，可讓采用運動感測功能之產(chǎn)品的制造商，省去挑選、檢測、在系統(tǒng)階段整合各別組件時所須的費用與麻煩，并保證其感測組件融合算法(sensor fusion algorithms)與校正程序(calibration procedures)，能提供消費者最佳性能(optimal performance)。
運動感測人機界面(Motion interface)已快速成為如智能型手機、平板計算機、游戲機、智能型電視等許多消費性電子產(chǎn)品的關(guān)鍵功能。能夠在自由空間追蹤動作，將動作轉(zhuǎn)換成輸入指令，使消費者能直覺性的與其電子產(chǎn)品互動。
MPU-9150內(nèi)含運動感測融合演算與運行校正韌件，可讓消費性電子產(chǎn)品的制造商將具有成本效益的運動感測功能(cost effective motion-based functionality)商業(yè)化。
MPU-9150為系統(tǒng)級封裝(SiP：System in Package)產(chǎn)品，整合了兩個芯片：一為MPU-6050，含三軸陀螺儀、三軸加速器，內(nèi)建可處理復(fù)雜之九軸運動感測融合算法的數(shù)字運動感測處理器(DMP：Digital Motion Processor);另一為AK8975，是三軸數(shù)字電子羅盤。MPU-9150所含之九軸運動感測融合算法，可連接所有內(nèi)部的傳感器，收集整組感測數(shù)據(jù)。此產(chǎn)品為4x4x1mm的LGA包裝，為MPU-6050整合性六軸運動感測追蹤組件的兼容升級版，提供簡單的升級路徑，易于安裝在空間受限的板子上。
伴隨于MPU-9150的InvenSense運動感測應(yīng)用(MotionApps)平臺，排除了采用運動感測之產(chǎn)品的復(fù)雜度(motion-based complexities)，降低了運作系統(tǒng)在管理傳感器時的負荷，并為應(yīng)用開發(fā)提供結(jié)構(gòu)化的一套APIs。
為了精準(zhǔn)追蹤快速與慢速的動作(motions)，此產(chǎn)品內(nèi)含之陀螺儀的可程控(user-programmable)全格感測范圍(full-scale range)為±250、±500、±1000、±2000°/sec (dps)，加速器的可程控全格感測范圍為±2g、±4g、±8g、±16g，電子羅盤的全格感測范圍為±1200μT。
